A Machine Produce Energy “Green” With Ocean Waves

buoyBritish scientists are developing, on the seabed near the Atlantic coast of the Orkney Islands (United Kingdom), the installation of a new, large machine called Oyster, designed to harness energy from ocean waves and turn it into “green” electricity . In autumn 2009, will be the first trials to test whether this technology can be a commercial source of renewable energy, and can be used in coastal areas around the world.
